En el Perfil Humanista
La artista fue discípula de grandes maestros y mentores estoicos, que marcaron e inspiraron su propósito humanista, desde artistas, filósofos, teólogos y filántropos que según la artista impactaron su vida, su misión y su arte, sembrando en ella la fraternidad, la sororidad y el amor al prójimo y que en el recorrido de su práctica desarrollara el afán de comunidad y la restauración del tejido social de su país mexicano. Algunos de ellos fueron Héctor Zambrano, Donato Lessing, Hèlené Trottièr, Maria Schnebellen, Silviano Buccio, Rosa Maria Cadena, Yolanda Reyes, Pedro Cantera y Normand Lerox. Así como la juventud de México, los retos de la vida, los desafíos personales de abrirse paso en el arte y las necesidades inmediatas de sus alumnos.
Su inspiración el amor incondicional de todos los miembros su valiosa familia.
Cabe mencionar la edad de 22 años, en 1999 con muchos sueños creativos, y retos en contra, Verónica creo su Fundación de Arte y Desarrollo Humano denominada ARTE Y CULTURA VBUCCIO, AC, donde con otros maestros emprendedores altruistas con fines afines para el objeto social de la A , como la líder de mujeres latinas, empresaria y tecnológica en EUA, la Lic. Monica Rey, el Lic. Cuauhtémoc Moreno, otras influencias importantes y propósitos creativos, como el Lic. Jose Luis Ríos y el Lic. Ricardo R. Tarira.
Su vocación y pasión de enseñar las artes y el desarrollo humano, donde hoy día a Becado e instruido a cientos de artistas que en la actualidad viven del arte y la creatividad., Dotando a sus pupilos de coaching de estructura ontológica para provocar el éxito y mejorar la calidad de vida de los artistas, a través del diseño de métodos de entrenamiento funcional, además de una currÍcula máster de capacitación artística multitécnica y las múltiples especializaciones en técnicas antiguas.
Para ese alto propósito, la artista creó también el Corporativo expresarte y un conglomerado de plataformas de desarrollo económico para patrocinar todos los proyectos planteados en los objetivos de formar a bajo costo estudios de master en artes y poder Becar sin distinción los materiales importados de todos los artistas que han pasado por su fundación.

La idea de un "formalismo" y la práctica de la "polimatía" en los artistas e intelectuales, creando así el nuevo concepto de "dirección de arte" que es una idea que siempre inquietó a la artista Verónica Buccio, dirigir y capacitar a los artistas para llegar al éxito algo que en la antigüedad también se practicó con éxito en una sepa corta de artistas cultos del renacimiento, a excepción de la conducta auto destructiva y la informalidad que sigue con rezagos de poca formalidad en los artistas contemporáneos, aún en las altas y bajas esferas económicas y que vemos hoy en los excesos y prácticas auto destructivas y de distorsión del ego que promueven los artistas de la farándula.
En palabras de la artista mexicana, hoy por hoy podemos observar visos de estructura en artistas institucionales con mas poder adquisitivo, que sí logran tener la visión, creación y diseño de proyectos para proponer y exponer en grandes instituciones culturales, bienales internacionales y museos. Es por eso que la artista considera urgente el movimiento del "formalismo" en tema, ejercicio y formación, más generosidad con los talentos jóvenes sin muchas oportunidades de formación, por eso la necesaria implementación de métodos humanistas que promuevan más el auto valor que el egocentrismo en los nuevos creadores, que se priorice la potencialización del talento por medio de la estructura que no nos ha provisto una licenciatura en artes. Es menester aprender el diseño de proyectos y la practica de más inteligencia emocional los artistas de las nuevas generaciones para ser mas "formal" con las instituciones culturales que nos promueven y que están esperando nuestros proyectos artísticos., ya que mientras los "creativos" ya lo practican en las redes sociales con éxito, los formadores y "artistas" se resisten.
En su Multiverso Creativo Verónica es una artista plástica multidisciplinaria que ama la formación constante, consiente de los conceptos de fraternidad, sororidad y entiende las diferencias entre propósito personal y la misión de vida, es por eso que no le hace ruido alguno la programación social de que "El alumno supera al maestro" ya que uno esta en la búsqueda de su propósito personal y el segundo en su misión de sembrar y convertir las personas en oro. En su búsqueda humanista busca sacar la mejor versión de las personas y de sí misma. Buscando encontrar lo mejor en cada ser y sus grandes capacidades la exploración de las capacidades del adn, desde la biología glandular, la ontología y la sociología, practicante de la poesía, del Coaching ontológico, es Master Speaker certificada y practica también la empresa corporativa, formación que le ha permitido impactara artistas, emprendedores, ejecutivos , profesionistas y todos aquellos aspirantes a mejorar su calidad de vida, relaciones humanas y emprendimientos creativos.
